Melissa and Ryan knew perfection was in the details. They created individualized photo coasters for each guest, complete with a photo from a memorable moment with that person! They also had all their tables named after fun places they had visited on their trips around the world. Their guest book was from ME photography, and filled with fun shots from their engagement session. They brought in beautiful flowers from Fabulous Flowers, in Oxford and a great cake (with walnuts inside!) from Piece of Cake. Their band was out of this world. They used Doug Segreti, who also played acoustic guitar and sang for the entire processional of 7 girls + Melissa (that is a long time). Then during the reception they had the full band which kept people up and dancing for 5 hours straight!
During cocktail hour everyone munched on a wide variety of yummy treats, from Vidalia Onion Tarts with goat cheese, to Jumbo Shrimp with cocktail or remoulade sauce, to Seared Tuna Wontons with seaweed salad and plum sauce to Mini Philly Cheese Steaks! After all that food I am n ot sure how people had room for dinner, but when it looks as good as the Flat Ironed Steak and Crab cakes with french beans, parisienne potatoes and wild mushrooms with the oyster cream sauce did, I guess you make room.
As they say, all good things must come to an end, but this one was definitely a memorable event for everyone who attended!
